Okay, I need advice. What do you think about an HIV positive woman joining a woman's fitness boot camp? I have been poz for going on 17 years and haven't ever gotten sick. The only thing wrong with me is that my legs are skinny, very muscular, and my knees and ankles don't have fatty tissue around them. They are just bone. That is from the meds. So what do you think? Thanks guys. :

.Working out is a state of mind. It is good for the body and soul. Yes you should work out with or with being Pos. It just makes you a better person, partner, mother, ect...... |

`i have been hiv+ for 4 years and i need to workout bad but don't have no get up and go i start and stop very soon.
