Laughing Hi, my name is Steve and I've been a pos since the middle eighties. I'm really into healthy eating. I eat between 7 to 12 servings of fruit and veggies a day, It makes a BIG difference Im in really good health and I don't take NO meds. I exercise as much as I can[ ride bike]Everything about is normal running order. You are what you eat, so for good health, eat your fruits and veggies. PLO, Steve
