Help with Article about HIV+ Online Dating

Thank you for reading my post! I am a freelance journalist writing an article about the experience of dating as an HIV+ person. My article focuses on the differences between dating online and offline, and whether or not dating sites for HIV+ people have made it easier to date.

So that there is no confusion, I want to be clear that I am not HIV+ and I am not looking for a date. I am simply searching for HIV+ people in New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut who would be interested in sharing their dating experiences with me, for my story.

Dating for HIV is difficult because most people are afraid to reply to an ad. Especially the females. It could be that they are afraid of who they could meet. Especially the older females. Also, they expect is too high or demanding too much from the individual person. Also, most females want to meet a younger male. I'm 63 and it has been difficult to get replies to my ads. But sometimes you just to hope for the best. There is no real answer just hope.
