My name is Dave, an HIV+, healthy man... infected since 1978...when the disease had no name and being wild & risky --- was still ok. Yet the one thing I wanted, a lover, eluded me and I always felt jipped and now love's possibility seems further away.
Gay men do, however, treasure our friendships and make them our families and love them as loyally as (I guess) you would with all the devotion lovers can.

Living my life with my own picture of immortality, I saw my friends a part of that protected womb never foreseing how trivial and immature my own loves loss indeed was. And my 30s through the new millennium has been MY life's lesson about love and endurance. My lesson of how little everything before meant, who my god is & how to pray. I was no longer jipped but blessed. For having had each member of both of my families in my life & the strength to care for, kiss and say goodbye to them all. Now is my time. Now I am a Man.

But I'm still looking for a MAN. I am a masculine positive bottom ONLY (always was-always will be) looking for a masculine man that likes his men to be men and not boys. I have a biting sense of humor, will settle for nothing less than true honesty and is ready to tackle a man who has not had --- in at least 8-9 years and any be quite insatiable.
