I have gone through alot mostly at my place of work being stigmatized and the worst was when my younger sister disclosed my status to my daughter before I was ready to do it,her teacher called me to go to school and talk to her because she was always crying,that was tough but I managed to overcome it.Av learnt to live positive with my condition I always try to be happy,stress free,check on my diet and abstained from --- because I have kids who depend on me.Am very spiritual and participate in church functions and community activities like visiting the elderly helping with cleaning and washing for them.
