I am a pretty well educated, articulate, easy going, well read, and intellectually inclined Portuguese-Italian, born and raised in Hawaii and stuck in Seattle because I share custody of a 10-year-old daughter that I will not abandon. Her mother and I get along well and work cooperatively to raise her. I have been alone for ten years now and although my life is pretty full, I sometimes miss the company of someone to share experiences with. In everything except my relationships with women, I am a pretty self-confident and accomplished person, but I have always figured that no woman would be interested in me because of this infection � that may be the case, but I am ready to find out.

I am interested in developing a relationship with an intelligent, articulate, personable, slender, dark-skinned woman � Black, Native American, Latino, mixed-race (hapa) etc, who is emotionally secure, confident, easy going, and who loves kids. Ideally, she would be a critical thinker who is neither spiritual nor religious. I do not make much money anymore so I think I would like to spend time with someone who, like me, is not materialistic, enjoys occasional 420, good books, good food, and intelligent conversation about literature, politics, history and etc. I love to cook and enjoy all kinds of food. I drink lightly and infrequently � mostly a little red with food.
