Waiting To Exhale At this time I cannot describe myself. I'm in the transitioning stage and everything is new to me and I've changed drastically over the past few months that I hardly recognize myself. Where as before I knew who I was and where I was going, now I'm re-evaluating who I am, what I want and my newfound feelings of the aforementioned. Neither can I say what I'm looking for. I recently contacted HIV, June2010 and it's been touch and go for awhile. I abandoned the dating scene and everytime I THINK about entertaining the thought, I see HIV+ and retreat to my corner. It took me awhile (til today 2/11/12) to get the nerve to even look at or consider this site so right now I'm taking baby steps. I'm not looking for anything but am definitely open to conversations now.

Update: 02/11/14 Wow! I can't believe I haven't been on this site in exactly 2 years today! I'm really bugging! I can't believe how much has happened in a year, much less 2 and how much I've changed from the dismal, it's the end of the world person to pretty much my old self. Of course I will never be who I was before, but now that's a positive thing! After more than 3 years, I certainly know who I am and I'm ready to pursue a relationship with the right person. I'm definitely putting myself out there and wish to meet some great prospects. I love all ethnicities, however if I MUST choose, my preference would be White, Black/Latino, in that order. If you're not ready for a relationship, do not waste my time. I know what Atlanta is infamous for, but I also know that with the hundreds of thousands of guys, I simply just cannot be the only one in search or something meaningful.....I've been celibate since contracting HIV and believe me, after 3 years, self control is NOT an issue. I love how life looks on this side of the glass. Buckle up because this ride is about to get even more exciting now that I'm back on the scene! My favorite word is AWESOME! LOL
