Hiv has put me on a journy I never expected.one that have made me focus on my health needs.I regularly go to the gym.cycle when I can, walk and more resently some yoga.I try to maintaine a positive outlook in life and do my best to deal with challengees as they come up.I do deal with some anxiety occassionally and excercising and living a balanced life helps.No substance use and my have a drink, but rarely .I look forward to traveling in future. I seem to have my mind set on traveling by cycle thru Holand and Germany.This would be a very large accomplishment for me.So, we will see.
I need to have goals and good outlook on life.I have been in the dumps in the past.I would realy like a nice, kool guy who we can build on a relationship.
