I live in Renton and there is not really much in the way of gay friendly/safe places to meet. I am looking to make close friends. I have many interests and while I am not the master of any them, I get by with those interest in terms of satisfaction
I have been a hobbist beekeeper, I enjoy doing graphic art for it's own sake. I like movies, gardening, writing poetry, attempts at short stories, I enjoy sci-fiction, history, photography, travel [when I can] and volunteering. I have recently gotten my HAM radio license [KE7WLW] and I am CERT trained with the City of Renton for community emergencies.

I would like to enlarge my social circle. I would like to develop a community of local gay friends to do things with in the local/ Extended Renton area.

I also like to Kayak and I am organizing a Kayak events for the PozSeattle group for activity in Seattle. I would like to organize a Kayak group in Renton to Paddle around on Lake Washington.

I am not an athlete, but I am in reasonably good shape. I own a bike and I ride it often. I would love to explore the bike trails with someone alone or with a group.

I am looking for new friendships.
