True love April of 2010 I found out I was hiv pos.I went in for a womens yearly pap and didnt exspect to find out I was hiv pos.I was shocked and scared at first but as times past,Ive learned about it,Ive excepted it and tell myself and others "everything happens for a reason and I was one of many to get this". Im not hush hush about it or scared to tell anybody.In life everyone eventually gets something wether it be cancer,diebetes,hiv other stds ect.I have yet to find anybody around me that has the same as me.Well atleast that we know of.If everyone would get tested I think we would be surprised how many people and who else we know have it.We are all still human and no less of a person because of Hiv.The meetings that get held in the county I hear noone goes because there ashamed.Or even go to other countys for medical because they dont wanna be seen by people they know at the clinic due to the fact there ashamed and it really bothers me that there has been such judging and people have to feel so ashamed.Im so open to meeting others with the same outlook as me.My bestfriend has been there for me sinse before I found out,during my drs and still with me today.She loves me no less.I was with my ex when my test came back positive and he never took it well.Our relationship went down hill sinse we found out.Guess I could say "phobic" he was.Just hope to find others that I can relate to.
