I have decided to get back into the ''dating game'' after eight years of not looking following the break-up of a five year relationship. Didn't want to jump back in until I knew it was time (I'm a slow starter, what can I tell you). Now is the time. Been a while, don't remember what dating is about anymore. Diagnosed as positive in '05 and am currently undetectable. I work a lot with off hours(good part: don't jump into anything right way; bad part: not alot of time to date). Like to go out to bars that are quite and condusive to conversation. Loud, crowded places are way too uncomfortable for me (although Splash on Musical Mondays will make me push past my comfort level). I'm an entertainment junkie, with theatre being my main passion. I work in the industry and try to keep up with what is going on as much as possible. I do tend to OD on television ranging from Survivor to Lost to 30 Rock to BBCAmerica (my DVR can get to the point of exploding sometimes). My favorite date: Going to the movies, sitting in the dark and holding hands. Just as happy curling up on the couch and popping in a video (wait, they're DVD's now, right) with a big bowl of popcorn. To make a long story short (too late, right), I just want someone to share the ups and downs with, laugh and cry together and just be close to.
