AIDS is just a combination of various diseases that go into anyone with a low immune system, then of course the e. coli N 36 (which is a laboratory modified bacteria) is the one that causes the severe diarrhea problems. Then any medical doctor accruing to the many symptoms and a useless HIV test (sometimes positive, sometimes negative) diagnoses HIV and the patient undergoes heavy psychological overload, even more when he is discriminated or isolated, then the immune system goes even lower and of course he ends up dying because of many pathologies.
