went I look back to my past is hard to believe who I was I do not regret the past I use it to remind me I can be better persone today and give some positive value to my life . I m a runner for living well today basic care more went I have HIV no afraid to tell because accept the fact HIV is not to die as many people think . I m puertorican I came to the states in 1989 my English is not good pronouncing worlds and I came scape from family trouble i get HIV here on the US I used to be a nurse a good one . But my alcohol problem almost kill me i went to a rehab for 1 year after that I keep my self sober it was not easy --- end there also I been 3 years now sorber and plus 4 years with not --- at all . Not because i don't like is because I learned to respect my self and give some value . I m happy with my life today i don't play rude games at people and I don't like anyone to play with me I believe everyone is special in some way and have always something good to give something positive . I don't go out I m always at home sometimes I have to force my self to go out of the door . I m clean with my self and very carefull with my health , friendly, joyful.
