I have been single for 5 years now and am ready to settle down again as I will be graduating from college in May (ya, I got a late start.) My previous relationship lasted nearly 13 years, but ended amicably for which we are now best friends.

One thing I don't do is sleep around, but I prefer to date other HIV+ guys in order to get the "uncomfortable" talk out of the way. This way everything is already out in the open. In addition, by only dating others who are POZ allows us to help reduce the spread of HIV.

So now more about me, as I said before, I will be graduating from college in May (BA in Political Science). I will return in the fall for 2 semesters to obtain my teaching credentials to teach high school Civics or American Government. I've become pretty active in the "marriage equality" debate. Eventually I would like to find Mr. Right.

I am normally pretty shy until I get a couple drinks in me, and then you can't shut me up. I don't really have any "type" per se, but I do know what I like when I see it.

Some positives about me: I'm honest, caring, loving, easy on the eyes, I don't do drugs (well MJ once or twice a year.)

I am a smoker, but working on eliminating that habit from my life, but until that time comes, it is a reality.
