I am me!!!! My name is Simon and I have been out of the military for about 4 years now.. I spent 6 years in the Navy as a Hospital Corpsman (medic). My first 3 years were with the Marines in Camp Lejuene, NC, where I deployed twice to Iraq. After that I had the fortunate opportunity to be station at the Naval Hospital Rota, Spain. I am currently seeking a degree in Health and Fitness at HCC Central, which I only have 2 more semesters to go.. Once I get my Associtates in that I plan on transfering to a 4 yr college where I plan on getting my degree in Nutrition and eventually become a Nutritionist.
Nevertheless, Life is forever changing on us.. It is up to us to make it all better.. I have been positive fot about 2 years now.. I still look at the bright side and still believe that, that special someone is out there for me and that I will meet him someday. Life did not end for me when I found out but did open my eyes, we have to take care of ourselves for us and no one else. Cause as Rupual states.. "If you don't love yourself, how in the hell you gonna love somebody else"
